Easy Returns and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help. You may return items within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a prompt refund or exchange. We make every effort to process your return quickly and ensure you receive the right product or refund without unnecessary delays.
For returns made within thirty days, the refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to that card. For purchases returned after thirty days, refunds will be provided as a store credit that can be redeemed on a future order.

This ensures that your return is properly authorized, tracked, and processed as efficiently as possible. Once your return is approved, please package the items securely in their original condition. Include all packaging materials, labels, accessories, and documentation that came with the product. Proper packaging helps prevent damage in transit and ensures your refund or exchange is processed promptly upon receipt.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a full refund. Custom-cut, special-order, or clearance items are typically non-returnable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please notify our team within seven (7) days of delivery. We may request photos or documentation to verify the issue before authorizing a replacement or return.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number until your refund or exchange is completed.
If the return results from our mistake — for example, an incorrect item was shipped — Surface Protection will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Store credits for returns made after the thirty-day period will be issued electronically and can be used on any future purchase from Surface Protection.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size, type, or product, simply inform our customer service team when scheduling your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once the returned item is received, we’ll process your exchange immediately and ship the replacement item to you using your preferred shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package appears damaged upon delivery, please inspect it immediately. If you notice visible damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact our customer service team right away.
